Roles & Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for our D2C brands including Wrangler, Lee, Dockers, Toys”R”Us and Babies”R”Us
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and maximize ROI across all brands.
  • Create and oversee Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook, Instagram) to enhance brand visibility and engagement, including developing creative strategies, messaging, and ad formats.
  • Coordinate with content creators and copywriters to develop compelling ad copy and content tailored to specific audience segments and campaign objectives.
  • Lead SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings and drive relevant traffic to brand websites, including conducting keyword research, on-page optimization, and off-page optimization strategies.
  • Conduct SEO link building activities to enhance domain authority and improve search engine rankings for targeted keywords.
  • Manage Google Search Console to monitor website performance, identify technical issues, and optimize website visibility in SERPs.
  • Optimize GMC feeds to ensure accurate product information and improve visibility in Google Shopping results.
  • Develop and execute affiliate marketing programs to expand brand reach and drive sales through partner networks.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, scheduling, and performance analysis.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics across all digital channels to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as GA4, GTM, Looker Studio and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience managing successful digital marketing campaigns for consumer brands, including experience with budget management and AOP planning.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve digital marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, best practices, and industry trends, with the ability to develop strategies aligned with budgetary constraints and AOP targets.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, including the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present plans and results to stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment while adhering to budgetary guidelines.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant platforms are a plus.
  • Passion for consumer brands and a creative mindset to develop innovative marketing strategies that deliver on budgetary goals and AOP targets.
