We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Business Manager to lead and grow the G-STAR brand in India. The role requires a mix of brand stewardship, business acumen and operational excellence โ€” someone who can drive business outcomes while strengthening G-STARโ€™s unique identity in the market.
๐Š๐ž๐ฒ ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ:
โ€ข Brand Partner Management: Liaise closely with G-Star brand principals to align business objectives, growth plans, and marketing strategies.
โ€ข Business Planning: Build and deliver the annual business plan, including sales targets, channel performance, and profitability metrics.
โ€ข Partner Management: Oversee key offline and online retail partners such as Shoppers Stop, Kapsons etc , ensuring seamless retail operations, visual consistency and strong sell-through.
โ€ข Retail Operations: Lead the Shop-in-Shop (SIS) network and exclusive stores โ€” ensuring superior retail experience, merchandising standards and operational excellence.
โ€ข Brand Building: Create strong brand visibility through collaborations, product placements, influencer tie-ups and on-ground activations.
โ€ข Marketing & Activation: Work with internal and external teams to execute impactful campaigns and drive consumer engagement.
๐๐ซ๐จ๐Ÿ๐ข๐ฅ๐ž ๐‘๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
โ€ข 5โ€“12 years of experience in the fashion and retail industry with LFR / Key Accounts management experience.
โ€ข Proven success managing premium or luxury brands.
โ€ข Strong understanding of retail operations, business analytics, and brand management.
โ€ข Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Creative thinker with a deep appreciation for fashion culture and urban lifestyle.
