 Role Overview

As a key member of our Online Marketplace team, you will own marketplace growth, manage strategic channel partnerships and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver strong business outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

 What You will Do

Drive Online Growth & Strategy

  • Build and execute growth strategies across multiple online marketplaces
  • Optimise product listings, content, pricing and promotions
  • Track marketplace trends and use data to stay ahead of competition

Account & Channel Management

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with key marketplace partners
  • Ensure strong brand visibility, execution excellence and target audience reach

Business Expansion

  • Scale revenue and market share across existing and new brands
  • Own KPIs, targets and performance metrics

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the bridge between marketplaces and internal teams (marketing, product, supply chain, logistics)
  • Drive seamless execution across stakeholders

Performance & Reporting

  • Analyse brand and category performance
  • Deliver actionable insights and regular performance updates to leadership

 

🎯 What We are Looking For

  • 4–6 years of experience in e-commerce / online marketplace roles
  • Strong understanding of platforms like Amazon, Myntra, etc.
  • Proven ability to drive growth and meet targets
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and analytical skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience managing large brand portfolios
  • Familiarity with marketplace tools and analytics platforms
