– Design and deliver impactful training programs for retail teams
– Drive excellence in customer service, sales and store operations
– Identify training gaps and build custom learning journeys
– Create engaging content including presentations, job aids and toolkits
– Conduct training sessions in-store and virtually
– Partner with cross-functional teams to align training with business goals
– Monitor performance and provide ongoing coaching and feedback

๐–๐ก๐š๐ญ ๐ฐ๐ž ๐š๐ซ๐ž ๐ฅ๐จ๐จ๐ค๐ข๐ง๐  ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ
7โ€“12 years of experience in retail apparel
Strong track record in sales performance and team development
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Deep understanding of retail operations and customer experience
Ability to engage, motivate and influence teams
