– Own end-to-end performance marketing strategy and execution across search, social, display, video, and programmatic
– Drive PPC and paid social campaigns, optimizing for performance, efficiency, and scale
– Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta and Amazon
– Translate complex data into actionable insights and business outcomes
– Leverage first-party data to unlock smarter targeting and improved ROI
– Collaborate with internal teams and platform partners to deliver against commercial KPIs
– Manage media budgets across always-on, seasonal and campaign-based activity
– Bring forward-thinking ideas and innovation to performance marketing strategies

– 3โ€“5 years of experience in digital media planning & buying
– Hands-on expertise across platforms like:
– Google Ads / DV360
– Meta Ads Manager
– Amazon Ads
– Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with data, insights and performance metrics
– Familiarity with ad trafficking tools (DCM, Atlas, etc.)
– Understanding of the wider digital ecosystem (SEO, affiliates, etc.)
– Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
– Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
– Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail
