Job Description–
Job Role:
- Lead retail marketing initiatives across Exclusive Brand Stores and Department Stores for Lee, Wrangler and Dockers in India.
- Advanced understanding on Indian retail scenario with apparels and fashion in focus.
- Understands the consumer psyche and works to identify and execute levers that increase footfalls, in–store conversions and consumer delight in terms of brand experience.
- Hands on experience in running retail marketing initiatives, driven by tech and new age media, for a leading fashion brand with successful outcome.
- Digital first approach to retail marketing with sound knowledge of latest digital marketing tools to drive footfall and recruit new customers. Google My Business, Google Merchant Centre, Google reviews, Meta store driving campaigns.
- Work closely with external agencies to develop compelling POS, displays and store/account specific promotional campaigns and material thereof.
- Ensure brand story is seamlessly represented and executed across all retail formats, working closely with the brand marketing team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for healthy and consistently growing qualified footfalls in the store with the help of innovative and tech driven marketing activations
- Responsible for defining, creating, launching and managing a CRM program based on data and intelligence.
- Seasonal launches and communication plan to impress upon consumers
- Work closely with business team to report and measure monthly/quarterly KPI goals for all EBOs and Department Stores. Work on defining key measurable metrics in terms of business filtered from footfalls, conversion and retention.
- Understand global product strategies for the season and adapt as necessary for both
retail and department stores.
- Develop quarterly marketing and media plans in tandem with the brand marketing, product, business and VM teams
- Develop key relationships (department stores like shoppers stop, lifestyle etc and key franchisees) by developing and selling in marketing activation plan.
Qualification & Experience:
- Should have Min 10 years of experience in retail marketing with a leading fashion
brand.
- MBA from any university
- Good in communication
